Week 39: Muon & Quantum
This week’s pyData Tallinn is a must visit. Because it is about hard core physics.

The first one, GScan is to use muon to scan the break parts of the concrete. I listened to their presentation on the CV meetup in July. That was awesome, this time Mihkail introduced how they made a simulation to test scaning and how to manage communications between scientists and programmers.
The second one, is about quantum computing. Enefit got a chance to use IBM’s quantum computing in one hackathon. He uses Hamiltonian System 哈密頓系統 to identify the lowest-price charging solution for electric cars. From my understanding, it is more like a chip in the circuit for quantum computing.

Anyway, quantum computing is over my understanding. I have to do further study to understand it.
